announce that its new extended program of exciting new offerings tailored primarily towards adults will begin
this month. Combining classical art and fitness instruction, NCMACC staff have organized four new
classes: Asian art; European Art; Tai Chi and Taekwondo.
Take advantage of this opportunity to learn skills developed over hundreds of years. Through subtle
movements of the brush or the body, you can learn to create space for peaceful and imaginative thought.
